This Privacy Policy explains how Essinta Labs, Inc. ("Essinta Labs", "we") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with ScheduleFlight ("the Service"), an add-on to FBO Director.

1. Information we collect

Account and roster data: names, email addresses, pilot and instructor records, currency and certificate dates, aircraft, and reservations that your flight school enters or imports.
Usage and security data: sign-in events, including date, time, and IP address, and basic device/browser information, used to secure accounts and give administrators visibility into portal access.
Communications: messages you send us for support.

2. How we use information

To provide and operate the Service, authenticate users, send transactional email (invitations, booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations), maintain security and audit trails, support you, and improve the Service. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Hosting and security

The Service is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with automated backups and point-in-time restore. Access to production data is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the Service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, cloud hosting and email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, with FBO Director as part of the integrated product, and where required by law. Your flight school's administrators can see access and activity for the pilots and instructors at their location.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request export or deletion of your data; some records may be retained where law requires.

6. Your choices

You can update roster and account information in the Service. Administrators control portal invitations and can deactivate access. For requests about your personal information, contact us.

7. Children

The Service is intended for flight-school operations and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and the "last updated" date above will change.
