August 31, 2026? That is exactly who this is for, and the migration help is free.
Do I need FBO Director to use ScheduleFlight?
Yes - ScheduleFlight is an add-on to FBO Director. That is deliberate: the
FBO Director billing engine and customer base are the foundation we built on.
Sign up by August 31, 2026 and the founding rate of $179/month is locked
through December 31, 2029 - three years, no price increases. After September 1,
2026 the rate is $249/month. A standalone path for flight schools without FBO
Director is on the roadmap - ask us to be notified.
How does it integrate with FBO Director?
Tightly. Customer records, fuel sales, tie-down activity, and billing flow through to
the same record in FBO Director - your front desk doesn't reconcile two systems.

Is there a mobile app?
Today ScheduleFlight is a responsive web app that runs in any modern browser on
phone, tablet, or desktop, and mobile is included in every subscription - add it
to your home screen for an app-like feel. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
Can pilots and instructors schedule themselves?
Yes. Each pilot and instructor gets their own login. Pilots book their own
flights; instructors can schedule any pilot or aircraft. Currency is checked
at booking time - if the pilot is current the flight confirms immediately. If
a medical, BFR, or checkout is expired, or the flight trips a policy rule
(over a set length, overnight), the reservation is still created but routed
to a staff approval queue rather than silently lost. Staff approve or deny in
one click and the pilot is emailed either way.
What does a pilot get when they book?
A branded confirmation email with a calendar invite (.ics) the moment the
flight is confirmed, and an automatic reminder 24 hours before. Cancellations
email the pilot too. On the staff board, every reservation shows who booked it
- pilot, instructor, or front desk - so dispatch always knows where a flight
came from.
How does billing work?
It is an add-on to your FBO Director subscription - billed alongside FBO
Director, no separate checkout. Monthly, cancel any time, no long-term contract.
Where is my data hosted?
Hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States, encrypted at rest and in
transit, with automated backups and point-in-time restore.
